Shipping Schedule

We at Horsban Global trading work hard to complete every purchase as soon as possible. Your order will be processed in 2 to 5 business days once the non-refundable 60% deposit has been successfully received to our account. Please be aware that weekends and public holidays are not included in this processing time. The expected lead time for delivery once your purchase has been processed is 15 to 60 days. Please be advised, nevertheless, that this timeline could change because of possible shipping and customs clearance delays. Unexpected events may occasionally cause the delivery window to stretch beyond the expected 15 to 60 days, even though we strive to follow the original delivery timeline. We will notify you of any anticipated delays as soon as we learn information to provide them with the best possible customer service and an extended shipment period for specific items. As we strive to guarantee your items arrive as soon as possible, we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping & Refund Disclaimer

All orders are imported on your behalf via international air freight. The estimated delivery time is 15–60 days, but this is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays can happen due to shipping, port congestion, or customs. These are beyond our control.

By paying the deposit, you confirm that you understand and agree:

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable once the order is placed.
  • Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays, or your goods are delayed in transit.
  • You will be updated regularly on your order status.
  • Delivery dates are subject to change due to factors beyond the supplier’s control, including but not limited to:
    • International shipping delays
    • Port congestion
    • Customs clearance
    • Weather disruptions
    • Strike or labour action
    • Other logistical disruptions outside the supplier’s control
  • The supplier will provide updates to the customer as soon as practicable regarding any delays.

Air Cargo Timeframe

Your purchase will be processed in two to five business days (48 payment has been received and credited to Horsban Global trading account. This processing period guarantees that all required preparations are finished prior to the start of your order’s air shipment voyage. For air cargo shipments, the lead time for delivery is roughly 10 to 15 days from the date of the first payment. Please note, however, that this timeline is only an estimate depending on a number of variables, including air demand, shipping difficulties, and customs processes. We will notify you of any possible delays at the initial order confirmation if there are situations where excessive demand may result in longer air cargo times for specific items. In order to provide you a clear picture of when your order is scheduled to arrive, we aim to keep you updated at every stage.

Order Processing Time

Before your order is shipped, we ask that you give us two to five business days to process it completely. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 6:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following working day. Please be advised that during busy times of the year or during special sales events, order processing times may be longer. To keep you aware and ready for any possible delays, we will proactively notify you of any prolonged processing period in such cases. We promise to be open and honest with you during the entire buying process.

Manufacturing Time

A lengthy manufacturing period could be required for some products in order to guarantee the greatest level of quality and attention to detail. Depending on the exact product requested, the manufacturing process usually takes an extra 10 to 30 working days in certain situations. Please be aware that this timeline could change depending on a number of variables, such as the product design complexity and demand at the moment. You may be sure that we will fully disclose the projected timetable for your order during the order confirmation process, including any longer anticipated manufacturing time. We promise to keep you updated and provide you with good status of the greatest calibre and craftsmanship.

Exchange and Returns

Horsban Global trading is committed to making sure you’re happy with every purchase. Under normal circumstances, refunds are not permitted because Horsban Global Trading is a pre-sale marketplace and all our products are specially tailored for each customer. This return and exchange policy only applies if the goods are damaged or defective and was received by someone other than the customer. You have three working days from the date of shipment to notify Horsban Global Trading of any damaged or defective items you receive. Reporting items on time will guarantee that your case is handled quickly for a refund or exchange. Unused items with proof of purchase are required for return or exchange. Please note that the cost of returning or exchanging products through local courier will be borne by the buyer and we appreciate your attention to these guidelines, which help us provide the best service possible.

Storage Fees

We respectfully ask that you pick up your products within seven days of your order arriving at our Midrand warehouse. Daily storage fees will be accumulated and applied to your account if you don’t comply. Please be aware that before your order can be released, the full amount of these storage fees must be paid. Horsban Global Trading maintains the right, at our discretion, to dispose of your order if it is not picked up within 30 days. We value your quick attention to this issue in order to prevent any further fees and guarantee that your order is handled smoothly.

Delivery of Local Delivery

Please be aware that local delivery fees within South Africa are not included in the total sales order amount. The cost of local delivery will be charged individually when your order arrives at our warehouse. The precise product dimensions and the current third-party courier rates are used to calculate the rates. Full outstanding amounts, including the courier quote, must be paid in full and cleared at least two business days prior pickup can be shipped on Friday, weekends, and public holidays, payments submitted after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day. After payment clearing, orders will then be shipped out in one to two business days.
