Burner System (E-RL Series)
The E-RL series burners are available in different sizes to match various boiler types and combustion requirements. Selection depends on boiler specifications and installation conditions.
E-RL 34: 97/154 ÷ 395 kW
E-RL 44: 155/235 ÷ 485 kW
E-RL 50: 148/296 ÷ 593 kW
E-RL 70: 255/474 ÷ 830 kW
E-RL 100: 356/711 ÷ 1186 kW
E-RL 130: 486/948 ÷ 1540 kW
E-RL 190: 759/1423 ÷ 2443 kW
E-RL 250: 600/1250 ÷ 2700 kW
Burner Head
The E-RL series burners include different burner head sizes for selection. The appropriate model should be chosen according to boiler type and front plate thickness. Proper installation into the combustion chamber is required based on heat user characteristics.
Hydraulic Circulation System
The burner is equipped with a hydraulic circulation system including three valves: a relief valve and two flow valves. Fuel flow is regulated through a control device that manages oil delivery to the nozzle. Once the flow valve operates, the hydraulic cylinder controls air flow according to fuel demand.
The pump group includes a pump, oil filter, and a valve for regulating atomizing pressure.
